Welcome to ProductLab. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and consulting services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Description

ProductLab provides product management and development consulting services to businesses and individuals. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Product strategy and roadmap development
• User experience and interface design
• Technical architecture consulting
• Agile development coaching
• Product launch and go-to-market strategy
• Digital transformation consulting

The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work between ProductLab and the client.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified at the time of purchase.

For subscription-based services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Prices for our services may change at any time, but changes will not affect any services you have already paid for.

Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by ProductLab and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all deliverables created as part of our consulting services are provided to the client on a non-exclusive license basis. ProductLab retains ownership of all methodologies, processes, tools, and know-how used in providing the services.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared with us during the course of our consulting relationship. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by ProductLab during the provision of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to ProductLab for services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United States.
