Before you book
How do I schedule my hours?
After purchase you get access to the client portal and book sessions on our calendar. Use all hours at once or spread them across the period. We confirm each session within 24 hours.
Can I split hours into several sessions?
Yes. Sessions can be as short as one hour or combined into longer workshops. We help you plan the most effective split.
What if I don’t use all my hours?
Unused hours do not roll over after the utilization period. If you have special circumstances, talk to us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Who will be my consultant?
A consultant matched to your needs. For AI packages, someone with hands-on AI implementation and strategy experience.
Can I buy more hours later?
Yes. Additional hours can be added to any active engagement at the package’s hourly rate.
What is your refund policy?
