Satisfaction Guarantee

At ProductLab, we believe in the quality of our consulting services. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our consulting packages.

If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days after purchase, you can request a full refund, no questions asked.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the service purchase date.
  • You must provide a clear reason for your dissatisfaction with the service.
  • If consulting sessions have already been conducted, the number of hours used will be considered in the refund evaluation.

Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at contact@productlab.tech with the subject “Refund Request”.
  2. Include your name, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Partial Refunds

If you have already used part of the consulting hours purchased, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the unused hours, minus a 15% administrative fee.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • After the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period has expired.
  • For custom services developed specifically for your company.
  • If all contracted consulting hours have been used.
