Satisfaction Guarantee
At ProductLab, we believe in the quality of our consulting services. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our consulting packages.
If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days after purchase, you can request a full refund, no questions asked.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 14 days of the service purchase date.
- You must provide a clear reason for your dissatisfaction with the service.
- If consulting sessions have already been conducted, the number of hours used will be considered in the refund evaluation.
Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at contact@productlab.tech with the subject “Refund Request”.
- Include your name, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
Partial Refunds
If you have already used part of the consulting hours purchased, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the unused hours, minus a 15% administrative fee.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- After the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period has expired.
- For custom services developed specifically for your company.
- If all contracted consulting hours have been used.
