Privacy and terms
For productlab.tech and for sample and project requests. Last updated October 2026.
Privacy notice
Who we are
ProductLab, based in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil, is the controller of the data described here. Our company registration number (CNPJ) is at the end of this page. We operate under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Data protection contact: contact@productlab.tech.
What we collect
- When you request a sample or a quote: work email, company, role, country, the spec you describe, intended use, volume, timeline and NDA preference.
- When you browse: referring page, campaign parameters, IP address, device type, site usage measured with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity and, with your consent, advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To answer your request, share samples under NDA, prepare quotes and contracts, and understand which channels bring requests. We do not sell this data.
Legal bases
Steps you asked for before a contract, our legitimate interest in answering business requests, and your consent for advertising cookies (LGPD, art. 7, items I, V and IX).
Who we share it with
Service providers under contract: hosting and email delivery providers, Google Workspace for email, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for site usage, and Meta and LinkedIn for ad measurement when you accept cookies. Some of them process data outside Brazil, under the safeguards in article 33 of the LGPD.
Retention and your rights
We keep request data while we are in conversation or under contract with your company, and for 24 months after the last contact. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, information on sharing and withdrawal of consent by writing to the contact above. We reply within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD).
DPA
For projects that involve personal data, we sign a data processing agreement. Ask for our template with the NDA.
Contributor data
Video and speech recordings are not covered by this notice. Each contributor accepts individual terms in the Verakin app before the first recording. Those terms cover consent, the AI-training license and withdrawal: a withdrawal blocks future licensing and does not affect datasets already licensed. Each dataset ships with its consent ledger, and the usage scope for buyers is set per project in the contract.
Terms of use
The site
This site describes ProductLab’s services. Nothing on it is an offer or a commitment of price, volume or delivery date. Those are set only in a signed order or contract.
Samples
Samples are shared under NDA for evaluation only. They may not be used to train or fine-tune models, and must be deleted after review unless a contract says otherwise.
Content and marks
Text, design and the ProductLab mark belong to ProductLab. Images marked as illustrative do not show contributors or delivered data.
Law and venue
These terms follow Brazilian law. Disputes go to the courts of Fortaleza, Ceará, unless a signed contract sets another venue.
